"We accept returns of most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Restocking fee of 20% applies to all items except custom printed items personalized for the student which cannot be returned.
